Reduce staffing gaps without lowering your standards.

Supported housing and social care recruitment is not the same as general care recruitment. Your staff need to understand professional boundaries, safeguarding, lone working, tenancy sustainment, and the realities of community-based support. YLG works across supported housing, children's residential, family contact services, outreach, and wider social care.

  • Enhanced DBS status and right-to-work checks as standard.
  • Temporary, permanent, contract, ad hoc, and emergency cover available.
  • Reference and experience review for all roles.
  • Training verification or pathway where required.
  • Sector-specific matching across supported housing, children's services, outreach, and contact work.
